2) The Company shall notify users of the contents of the Operation Policy by posting them on the game service homepage or on a connected screen within the Service.
3) Revisions to the Operation Policy that bring significant changes to the User's rights or obligations or have the same effect as modifying the Terms of Service shall follow the revision procedure in Article 3. 3) In the event of equipment failure or loss/damage of data during continuous and stable service provision, the Company shall make best efforts to repair or restore it without delay, unless there are unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters, emergencies, or technical defects impossible to resolve with current technology.

3) Modifying applications without prior consent from the Company, adding or inserting other programs into applications, hacking or reverse engineering servers, leaking or altering source codes or application data, or impersonating the Company;
4) Any fraudulent payment activities such as using another person's credit card, wired/wireless phone, bank account, etc., to pay for paid content, or unauthorized use of another person's account;

If damages occur to the Company as a result, the Company may claim damages from the User (except where the Company failed to take damage prevention measures intentionally or through gross negligence).
-
The management responsibility for the account and device rests entirely with the User, and the User must not permit third parties to use them. The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by poor account or device management.
-
Users shall manage payment password settings provided by third-party platforms and open markets to prevent unauthorized payments. The Company bears no liability for third-party payments arising from management negligence.
Article 10 (Service Changes and Content Revisions)
1) The Company may take necessary measures to protect the virtual world from the real world and maintain game balance and quality, and holds comprehensive authority over the creation, modification, maintenance, and repair of game content.
2) The Company may modify (patch) or update all or part of the game service for operational or technical reasons when there are substantial grounds. The Company shall notify users of the changes prior to implementation within the Service, on the homepage, or via official community channels. However, in unavoidable cases such as urgent bug fixes or error resolutions, subsequent notice may be provided.
3) When modifying monetization policies or paid content provision methods, the Company shall clearly notify users in advance of the details, effective date, alternative means, or compensation plans in accordance with relevant laws and refund policies so as not to unfairly infringe upon existing users' rights and interests. Users who do not agree may discontinue Service use or terminate the agreement.
4) The Company may modify or adjust the utility of all in-game items (weapons, costumes, cosmetic items, etc.) for quality improvement and balance adjustment. However, if the utility of paid items is unavoidably reduced or restricted, the Company shall notify users in advance of the reasons and provide reasonable alternative means or compensation measures.
Article 11 (Service for Testing Purposes)
1) Prior to officially commercializing a new service, the Company may conduct a test service for users for a specific period ("Test Service"). The schedule and detailed rules for the Test Service will be announced separately.
2) As Test Services are aimed at verifying system stability, game data may be freely modified, added, or deleted, and all data including characters, items, and currency acquired by users during the test period will expire en masse upon conclusion of the test period. If a major defect is discovered during testing, the Company may suspend the service without prior notice.
3) Test Service is a temporary service provided free of charge, and the Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users in connection therewith (except for damages caused by the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence).
Article 12 (Affiliate Service and Third-Party Platform)
1) The Company may provide services in affiliation with third-party platform service providers. In such cases, users must agree to the application of affiliate services for normal game usage. If consent is not granted, usage of certain services may be restricted.
2) Because affiliate services utilize user information from affiliate partners, if a user loses membership status due to withdrawal from the affiliate partner, affiliate service usage records and game data may automatically expire or not be transferred. The Company assumes no liability in connection therewith.
3) If a user deletes downloaded applications or installed content from a device, stored data and held items may be lost. Users should verify before deleting.
Article 13 (Provision and Suspension of Service, etc.)

In cases of emergency response (Paragraph 2, Item 2, etc.), the Service may be suspended temporarily without prior notice and notified subsequently.
4) For downloaded and installed applications or network services, full or partial use of content may be restricted if the User changes devices, phone numbers, OS versions, uses international roaming, or changes mobile carriers, for which the Company bears no liability. Additional data charges from mobile carriers due to background processing are also subject to the Company's indemnification.
Article 14 (Collection of Information, etc.)
1) The Company may store and retain chat content exchanged between users within the game, and this information is held solely by the Company. The Company may access this information only for resolving user disputes, handling complaints, or maintaining game order, and third parties not authorized by law shall not be permitted access. Prior notice shall be provided to the individual before access, except when rapid processing is required for investigating terms violations, in which case notice shall be provided subsequently.
2) To stabilize and improve service quality, the Company may collect and utilize user device information (operating system, specifications, settings, etc.), excluding personal information.
3) The Company may request additional information from users for service improvement and customized introductions. Users may refuse at any time, and the Company shall clearly notify users of their right to refuse upon request.

Article 16 (Provision of Credits)
1) The Company may provide free virtual currency called "Credits" for user convenience and promotional purposes.
2) Detailed validity periods for Credits shall be notified upon accumulation, and Credits whose validity period has expired will automatically expire sequentially. Credits can only be used within the specific game service where they were earned.
3) The name of Credits may differ depending on the game service and platform, and users can only use Credits in the game service and platform where accumulated.
4) The Company may terminate Credit provision due to corporate or technical reasons, and shall provide at least 30 days prior notice upon termination. If the service agreement is terminated due to reasons attributable to the User, all accumulated Credits shall expire immediately.
Article 17 (Attribution of Copyrights, etc.)
1) Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for all content produced by the Company within the game service (text, images, sound, engines, etc.) belong to the Company. The Company grants the User a non-commercial, personal, limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the game on condition of complying with these Terms of Service.

If the Company fails to take such measures, subscription withdrawal remains possible despite restrictions in Paragraph 2.
